It is important to pay particular care of your health as the season’s change.  The most important times are Autumn and Spring, as huge changes in nature occur at these times.  You may think you stand outside of nature, so it won’t affect you, but you would be wrong.  No matter how sophisticated we are, we are still governed by natural laws.  The organ most vulnerable in the Autumn is the Lung.  If you have a tickly cough your Lung is already weak and vulnerable to infections.  Keep warm at this time, and avoid getting chilled, rest when you feel tired to strengthen the Lung’s energy.  In the Spring, the Liver is vulnerable, so that problems such as hayfever and migraines are more common.  It is important to rest properly in the Winter to avoid problems in the Spring.  Winter is a time for semi-hibernation!
